Towards and African e-Index • Policy research based on series of supply and demand side research undertaken by the network which in our forthcoming research phase we wish to integrate into an index of indicators that will provide decision-makers with an understanding of policy performance and identify points of intervention.
Methodology • Nationally representative sample from last census, divided into metropolitan, other urban and rural EAs, which collectively means over data was collected from 25 000 households on over 100 000 individuals from 17 countries with hour long questionnaires which was electronically captured with GPS
