What did FNO accomplish this autumn? • Possibility to change Sunday compensation for free time • Orchestra: has to play more two day performances enables musicals • Workshops: working time can be agreed 7am – 11pm • Dancers: more rehearsal time per week • Office workers: 1h15min more working time/week • Stage technique: possibility to make local agreement on overal working time = no overtime compensations
