  1. All Organization Meeting: September 16, 2013

  2. Apparel • Show samples • Pre-orders due to the CSI this Wednesday, September 18th by 6 pm • CSI will be closed Monday and Tuesday for construction • If you cannot drop off your organization’s pre-order form on Wednesday, contact Andy or Laura earlier and they will meet you

  3. Window Painting • Designs for Truman Spirit banners and your Team Windows are due at next liaison meeting: Monday, September 23rd • Sigrun and Sofia will email you once your designs are approved; then you can come to the CSI to pick up your materials

  4. Philanthropy • Tuesday, September 17th: Philanthropy events can begin if you are approved by Committee • Email Kevin Munguia for philanthropy event approval: km1151@truman.edu

  5. Lip Sync • Skit Rough Draft due Wednesday, September 18th via email (either Matt or Rachel) by 5:00 pm • Email Matt, Rachel, or Rachelle with any lip sync practice problems

  6. Court • Wednesday, September 18th: online court applications close at 11:59 PM

  7. Parade • Franklin Street confirmed for parade

  8. Deadlines • Tuesday, September 17th: philanthropy events can begin with approval • Wednesday, September 18th: lip sync rough drafts due via email by 5 PM • Wednesday, September 18th: apparel pre-orders due to CSI by 6 PM • Wednesday, September 18th: online court applications close at 11:59 PM • Monday, September 23rd: window painting and spirit banner designs due
