急診 333( 大災難 ) 之工作細則 :. 急診 X 光室編制三人 X 光室一人 Portable 一人 CT 一人 由 CT 值班人員統一調度指揮. 工作流程 :. (1) 聽到總機小姐廣播急診 333 ，所有人員立刻至急診 X- 光室集合。並確認機器是否正常，軟片是否足夠。 (2) Portable 人員，推壹台 portableX- 機，至急診室備用。 (3) 所有急診病患會在床尾及手臂有統一編號。 如 : 1 號 2 號 (4) 請用一張空白的 X- 光單，在姓名欄位上寫編號，攝影項目寫在檢查部位。. 工作流程 :.

  1. 急診333(大災難) 之工作細則 : • 急診X光室編制三人 • X光室一人 Portable 一人 CT一人 • 由CT值班人員統一調度指揮

  2. 工作流程: • (1) 聽到總機小姐廣播急診333，所有人員立刻至急診X-光室集合。並確認機器是否正常，軟片是否足夠。 • (2) Portable人員，推壹台portableX-機，至急診室備用。 • (3) 所有急診病患會在床尾及手臂有統一編號。 • 如 : 1號 2號 • (4) 請用一張空白的X-光單，在姓名欄位上寫編號，攝影項目寫在檢查部位。

  3. 工作流程: • (5) 急診醫師會在病歷上註明要照何種部位，技術師照相完畢，要在病歷攝影部位打ˇ。並蓋章確認。(以免重復攝影) • (6) 登記簿上要詳細記錄病患基本資料或床號，及攝影部位，以便日後追蹤查詢。 • (7) 333結束，CT人員要將所有照過的X-光片批價蓋章，並輸入電腦。最後，將所有照過的X-光片貼上名條。
