Overview • Program level view of testing effort • Quality Center reports • Traceability • Defect resolution http://nodal.ercot.com 2
We are working towards leveraging existing vendor documentation to provide a program view of testing • Visibility into all project FAT cycles • Including vendor provided documentation for MMS, NMMS, and EMS • Translate existing documentation into RUP-model artifacts • Entering all testing results into Quality Center • Using existing documentation to trace test results • Working to accommodate all projects existing documentation format • Using test procedures and converting to test case and test scripts to provide traceability for test results • Designate testers to help with FAT testing • Test resources gain system knowledge • Provide resources to enter results into Quality Center http://nodal.ercot.com 3
