  4. Welfare • R: Cut welfare benefits • People are too reliant on gov’t • Force people to work • D: Continue current benefits • Increases annually to meet cost of living • Gradual end

  5. Education • R: School Choice • Vouchers • Break NEA • D: Public School funding • Support NEA • Increase funding for public schools • No vouchers

  6. Abortion • R: Anti-Abortion • Strong anti-abortion laws • Overturn Roe v. Wade • D: Pro-Abortion • Gov’t funding

  7. Foreign Policy • R: Protect American interests overseas • Fight terrorism • D: Diplomacy • Peace can be achieved through talking it out

  8. Environment • R: Less worried about global warming • Decrease taxes and prohibitions on corporatations • More businesses • D: Global warming is harming environment • More prohibitions on corporations who pollute the air
