Gentleness (praupathia) can also be translated meekness or humility.
He is very aware of where His power comes from. 28 We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. 29 For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me. (Colossians 1:28-29)

He is an unworthyservant. So you too, when you do all the things which are commanded you, say, “We are unworthy slaves; we have done only that which we ought to have done.” (Luke 17:10)
(Philippians 2:3-8) 3Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; 4do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. 5Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus,
(Philippians 2:3-8) 6who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
Righteousness, Godliness,Faith, Love,Perseverance & Gentlenessare the goal of the man of God. They are his lifelongobjectives.
