  1. CASO N° 5 FIMOSIS Reapertura del orificio prepucial con sutura de la piel a la mucosa.

  2. DATOS DEL PACIENTE • Especie: Canino • Raza: Mestizo • Sexo: Macho • Edad: 4 años

  3. PREPARACIÓN DEL PACIENTE • Premedicación • Acepromacina 0.3ml (IM). • Inducción • Ketamina 2ml -EV- en bolo. • Toilette. • Mantenimiento anestésico. • Ketamina 3ml (EV) • Midazolan 1ml (EV)

  4. Preparación del campo

  5. ABORDAJE • Incisión del prepucio en todo su espesor.

  6. SONDAJE URETRAL • Sonda nº K32 flexible.

  7. Agrandamiento del orificio prepucial y exteriorización del pene

  8. Sutura del orificio prepucial • Se sutura la mucosa a la piel con puntos simples

  9. Orificioprepucial formado

  10. Exteriorización final del pene

  11. MUCHASGRACIAS
