Members Annual Questionnaire Results show:- • 84.6% respondents say exercising at the club helps with the performance of daily activities • 96.1% respondents say exercising makes a small or more significant contribution to alleviating/controlling symptoms of their heart condition • 80.7% respondents say exercising significantly helps alleviate/control symptoms of their heart condition
Other Conditions • 50% (13 out of 26) respondents reported having other chronic conditions besides cardiac problems. • Diabetes (23%) and asthma (12%) are the most common other conditions experienced by members. • 100% of respondents with other conditions rated exercise sessions as significantly alleviating/controlling these conditions.
