  1. How to make a ragi chocolate cake at home? Ragi chocolate cake tastes delicious, fluffy and soft with leaving an after taste of baking soda or baking powder. Preparation: Step1: Mix curd with stevia Take a glass bowl and mix curd with baking powder, baking soda, stevia, salt, and vanilla essence. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, you should preheat the oven. Step 2: Make the batter for the cake Add cocoa powder along with ragi flour and oil in the mixture and mix them well. You should add a little water and prepare the cake batter. You should make sure that there are no lumps in the cake batter. Stir often and boil until the sauce thickens. Add vanilla essence towards the end. Cool the sauce completely. Pour the cooled sauce over the cooled cake and gently spread it with a spatula. Add some grated white chocolate or chopped cashews or sprinkles. Slice and serve ragi chocolate cake.
