Milestones • Sector New Orleans issued first TSMS COI on June 15th 2018 • Sector New Orleans issued first CG Option COI on July 20th 2018 • Streamlined the review process from over 3 weeks to less than a week for a complete package • Added a third member to the Inspected Towing Vessel Branch team – CWO Kevin Parrington

  3. COI Statistics • COI’s issued Nationally – 345 • COI’s issued in District 8 - 242 • COI’s issued by Sector New Orleans – 35 • 2nd most in D8 (MSU Houma) • More COI’s issued than any other District besides the 8th. • 10% of COI’s Nationally • 15% of COI’s in District 8. Unclassified
