  3. Introduction • A product designed to cater to the training needs of time pressed Senior Management employees and Sales Force carrying BlackBerry Phones. • Video Casting of Short-refresher-conceptual training or information videos (1 to 3 mins - recommended) on BlackBerry Phones.

  4. How it works? A single-small sized application - “Drona V-Casting” needs to be installed on the BlackBerry Phone of the user. (via BES) Users will now start receive short training video on their BlackBerry phones as per the schedule configured. Users also receive flash-n-LED notification on their BlackBerry screens and a new message notification in the mail-box Users can watch the video on their BlackBerry phone now or hide the notification and watch the video later by clicking on the icon. Users can take an assessment or give their Feedback after watching the video. `
