Hotel Management and Catering Hotel Management and Catering Technology Technology Bachelor in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) is a vocational course which educates and trains aspirants to acquire professional skills that would help them in getting a job in the hospitality industry. The main aim of the four-year course is to make students familiar with management techniques, processes, and methods used in hotel and hospitality businesses.
