Steps to take when injured. • Notify your supervisor immediately, even if you think the injury is minor. Your supervisor will contact the Workers’ Comp/Facilities Department. • Complete an Employee’s Notice of Injury. This should be done within 24 hours of the incident. • If seeking medical, you must see a worker’s comp doctor. Contact the Workers’ Comp/Facilities Department at x4075 to let them know you are seeking medical and to discuss your options. • An Accident Investigation Reportwill be completed by the Principal/Director.
