Final Points • The prime basis for attendance at the Program is to enhance the competency level of students to facilitate excellence in service to our country in positions of increasing authority and responsibility • Our students should expect to be positively challenged • We want our students to keep their eye on the destination of graduation, but enjoy the journey and do not leave the Program and San Antonio with regrets that they did not enjoy a fulfilling personal and professional experience • We expect our graduates to be the leaders of the Federal Health System now and for generations to follow

Who is the target student for the Army - Baylor MHA\ MBA Program? • Future Federal Healthcare Leaders • This population includes: • All AOCs of the Army Medical Service Corps • Army Medical, Dental, Veterinary, Nurse, and Specialist Corps • Officers in the Navy Bureau of Medicine • Officers in the Air Force Medical Service • Department of the Army Medical Command Civilians • Veterans Administration Staff • DoD Civilians • Other Federal Health Staff
