Anamnézis 58 éves, nő, menopausa 9 éve 1970 Hypertonia, ISZB (családjában halmozottan fordul elő). 1991 Hysterectomia (polyp miatt) 1996 Arthralgia, Arthrosis humerocapit. 2001 Iridocyclitis 2002 Osteoporosis, csontörés.: neg. Gyógyszerei: Co-Renitec 1die, Renitec 20 mg 1die; Normodipine 1die-Hypertonia Nitrodur 0.4 tapasz, Proprandol 0.04 12die-ISZB Mesulid sz.e.-Arthralgia Doh.: 1 szálhét-40 éve-főleg mostanában, mert gyakran feszült OH: neg. Kávé: neg.

  3. Fizikális státusz: negatív Panasz: - Mostanában ideges, az elmúlt 2 hónapban 2 kg-ot fogyott. - Időnként izületi fájdalmai vannak. - Egyebekben neg.
