HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES • How are Representatives selected? • Key Terms to Know • District – Congr. Dist., or area, with one rep. Ea. Dist. must have roughly same # of people. • Gerrymandering – drawing district lines to increase voting strength (Republican v. Democrat)
