  1. Introduction Scenario: Terry owns an agency for local actors called actors associates and operates from his office in Belfast. The main purpose of his business is to acquire parts in plays, films or musicals for his clients. He receives a commission for each successful booking for his client. As business increases he realises he needs to store details bout his actors (both personal and professionals) and there booking in a efficient manner. Terry also recognises the need to record his income from commission more accurately than his present manual system. He is hoping that further developments in his business might result in the opening of an office Dubai.
