4. Claimant and user: Group 3. CookingSystem • The system must have some of the functional description below: • By Categories : e.g. Meat ,Chicken, Fish, Soup, Dessert, Drinks … • By sub-categories: grilled, baked, fried, microwave …. • By calories: under 100 kcal, between 100 – 300kcal, over 350 kcal…. • Nutritional Information (per serving): calories, carbohydrates, proteins, cooking time, skill level, Technique… • Serving: number of people per recipe. • Conversion charts : - Large volumes equivalents – 1 cup = 8 fluid ounce = ½ pint • - Metric conversion chart – 1 cup = 240 ml • - Small volumes equivalents – 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = ½ fluid ounce • This conversion can be done through a simple calculator or selecting a menu list to convert the portions of the ingredients used for the selected recipe. • Recipe Search: this allows the user to search for a recipe using the main keyword and it must have also advanced searching as well. It must contain some menus selection by main ingredients, meats, vegetables choices and so on …. • Menu selections including cooking time, meal, calorie count, special occasions, • Print option • Add / change / delete / save options • Other options is to have some more categories such as • Cuisine : used as a menu for international dishes – Italian, French, Chinese … • Occasions: used to have menus for such occasions – Easter, Christmas, birthday …. • Special diets: recipes with low calories – high fibre, vegetarian, low fat and low carbohydrates.

Claimant and user: Group 2 • Project Description: Home music library. • Problem: • Having difficulty organizing and keeping track of our music cds. • Vision: • We would like to have a program that can help us: • Keep track of the number of cds we have. • Keep track of how many cds we have from one particular artist • Catalog the different kind of music we have e.g Rock, HipHop etc. • See the status of a particular cd i.e. if it is home or borrowed out. • Search for a particular artist in order to see which albums we already have from that particular artist before purchasing a new one. • Find the corresponding album just by searching using a song name. • Keep track of new albums released by our favorite artists and alerting us.

Claimant and user: Group 1 • Monthly expenses management system • we wanted to make a system where you can find, how much money we spend monthly. • so for that we would like to have following things in it: • - we could see and add the Budget for a month • for example 5500 DKK • - we could add expenses for fooding • Inside fooding following things should be included like • (a feature where we could add all the fooding things) • - we could add expenses for rent • Inside the rent following things should be included like • (rent, water, heat, electricity, phone and tv) • - we could add expenses for traveling • Inside the traveling following this should be included like • (monthly card, ticket and clip card) • - we could add expenses for other things (if we have any other besides fooding rent and traveling ) • - we would like to have a feature where we could see the remaining Budget left after the total tally

7. Project 4.sem • Claimant and user: Pia • I have more than once been in a situation where some of my belongings have been stolen and I have requested coverage by my insurance company. It has been quite time consuming to find receipts, calculate amount and write reports for the insurance company. Therefore I would like a system that can help me in that process: System Definition (A concise description of a computerized system expressed in natural language) • A computerized system used to support communication with insurance companies in situations where something has been stolen, broken etc. The emphasis is primarily on registration and administration of belongings and the content of the system should function as a communication medium between me and the insurance company. • The system should be easy to learn and remember since it will not be used everyday but probably once a month. • The system will be running on a laptop and must be able to run with the already existing programs. • Overall functionality will be registration of belongings, administration of belongings, reporting of belongings and administration of insurances.
