  5. সংগঠন • সংগঠন এমন একটি প্রক্রিয়া যা নির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্য অর্জনের নিমিত্তে কাজের প্রকৃতি অনুসারে কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মীদের মধ্যে দায়িত্ব ও অর্পন করে এবং তাদের মধ্যে সম্পর্কের কাঠামো তৈরি করে।
