  2. PADOR-Potential Applicant Data Online Registration • PADOR contains information about organisations applying for grants of the European Commission in the field of external assistance. • It is an on-line database in which organisations register themselves and update regularly their data.

  3. PADOR-Potential Applicant Data Online Registration • It is mandatory for centralised calls world wide • Applicants should register to obtain an identification number (EuropeAid ID) (applicants should indicate their Europeaid ID on the proposal)

  4. Principles • ALL organisation have to apply, ONLY natural persons are exempted. • Legal persons for this call are Ltds and Sole propertorships (Corrigendum 1). Both have to register in PADOR • Applicants requesting grants below 25,000 EUR do not have to apply to PADOR.

  5. How To Register In PADOR • First you need a User-ID and a Password • You get these from the PADOR web-site on: • http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/onlineservices/pador/index_en.htm

  6. How To Register In PADOR Step 1-Getting Started Theorganisationneed: • Sufficientlystable internet connection • An emailaddress of theorganisationifavailable/A personalemailaddress • A username This all is needed to receive the ECAS password

How To Register In PADOR Organisationshouldfilltheinformation: • thedatewhentheorganisationwasestablished, thetype of theorganisation • thetargetgroups of theorganisation • thesectorsandgeographicalareasyourorganisation is active in • theexperience of yourorganisation in theaboveareas (number, duration, size of projects, etc.) • thefinancial data andsources of yourorganisation. Documents can be issued under the local law, and do not need to be translated at this stage.

  8. How To Register In PADOR Step 2-Personal Identification • GO to the PADOR website: http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/onlineservices/pador/index_en.htm • Sign in with the ECAS password you previously received

How To Register In PADOR • FILL IN *AT LEAST* ALL mandatory fields: • Data related to the organisation (Organisation Name, Organisation's email, Legal type, Country, Postal Code and/or P.O Box • Data related to your personal login: (First and Last name, Login email , Confirm (type again) your email. • The key code (type in the empty field the characters you see in the box on the left)

How To Register In PADOR • Click on "SUBMIT“ • A list of organisations -you will be asked to check whether you can identify in this list the organisation you are trying to register and if your organisation is on the list please click on SUBMIT. Then you will receive the email with the link on how to set your password.

How To Register In PADOR • Then the organisation should fill one by one the screens listed on the left side of the screen under the title "Screens to be filled in“, saving and submitting consistent information on all the PADOR screens. • After having completed the registration process organisations (and partners) obtain their Europe Aid ID.
