DATE Friday, June 6th New Rain Date: Monday, June 9th 2nd Rain Date: Tuesday, June 10th TIME Morning Event Times 8:45to 10:30 ~Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten on Field 1 8:45 to 11:15 ~3rd and 4th Grades on Field 2 8:45to 11am ~5th/6th Grades on Field 3 Afternoon Event Times 11:45 to 2pm ~1st and 2nd Grade on Field 1 11am-12:15 and 12:45 to 2pm ~7th and 8th--on Field 3 (7th and 8th divide their session with lunch from 12:15:12:45)

Rotating on the Fields… • (3) fields • (2) grades per field • Each field has (6) events for each class to rotate through • Each class will stay at each event for approximately 20 minutes

If you’re really confused… …..follow your Guide D.O.G. • Each class will have a Guide D.O.G. • A Guide D.O.G. will lead each class through the six events at the field The Guide D.O.G. will: • 1) keep track of time • 2) guide the class through the sequence of events
6 Events per Field….Get it? Each Field has 6 events Each event has (1) Game D.O.G. who runs the game at that event
Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten~ 8:30-10:301st and 2nd Grade~ 11:45-2pm Field 1 -6 Guide D.O.G.S -6 Game D.O.G.S. (1 Game D.O.G. at each event) -Rotating 20 minutes through each event
3rd and 4th Grade ~ 8:45-11:15 Field 2 -6 Guide D.O.G.S -6 Game D.O.G.S. (1 Game D.O.G. at each event) -Rotating 20 minutes through each event

Inflatables, Dunk tank and Music…. • Some extra things to do… ….to be scheduled • There will be inflatable jumping toys. • A teacher dunk tank. • Music will be played through out the day.
Lunch… • Students will eat lunch at their normally scheduled times in the piazza. • Blimpies’ sandwiches will be provided for all volunteers.
Clothing… • Students can wear shorts and T shirts. • Shorts must be appropriate length. • No tank tops or spaghetti straps. • Sneakers only, no flip flops or open toe shoes. • Faculty and staff can also wear shorts and T shirts.
Bathrooms… • Students will use the bathrooms near the main office. • All students must be accompanied to the bathrooms. • There will be a volunteer monitoring the entrance way and bathroom area, but students must still be accompanied.
Parking… • We have 100 D.O.G.S. and PTO volunteers coming to support field day. • Parking will be available in our parking lot, on the streets surrounding the school and in the gravel lot adjacent to Dillon Stadium. • There will be two D.O.G.S. outside to help with parking. • Valet parking is not available.
ARRTS… • Have a good Attitude and be ready to have fun! • Respect each other and the equipment. • Be Responsible and stay with your class. • Give us reason to Trust you! • Safety first! Be safe!
