Conclusion • Data integration has the problem of different world views • Therefore needs a transformation between those world views • Transformation needs datum, “ellipsoid” • Use GDF as “ellipsoid” • “Pass point” = unique idendification of elements • Transformation parameters and algorithms? 15/16
