Background information • Definition of judge. • Women can never be accepted in such high position.
Thesis Statement • While it may be true that women can be equal to men in many careers, being a judge is not one of those careers because of religious and social reasons.
Counter argument • Many people agree with the idea as they claime that women are equal to men. • Other people agree with this idea as women have proved their performance in being judges in their “family courts”.
1st argument • Religion does not allow a woman to be a judge. • Opinions of religious figures about this topic.
2nd argument • How can emotions affect women? • Emotions lead to impaired judgment.
3rd argument • Social traditions of Arab and Islamic countries are obstacles in the way of women becoming judge.
Conclusion • The idea of women being judges may be still far away from success.
