User Group • Process • USPS solicits requirements from • Mailers • BMEU personnel • Other USPS groups (i.e. Mailing Standards) • User Group reviews • Business Requirements document (SRS) • Technical Requirements Document (TRD) • Pre-Release notes • Release notes • Support CAT (Customer Acceptance Testing) • Need real world files!

User Group • Meets as needed to provide input on all suggested changes for PostalOne! • Improved eDoc acceptance (all classes) • Postage Payment for Periodicals • Improved Owner & Preparer Functionality • Added Services (i.e. Bound Printed Matter) • eVS (manifesting parcels) • Recent topics include: • Performance issues • MTAC99 • Non Profit • WWS Upload capability • Owner View same as Preparer • Spoilage
