DHIC CSR Strategy • Composed of contents regarding being human oriented, trusted operation, and responsible participation for the responsible and continuous growth support, based on the ‘Doosan Way’ • Largely divided into HR, ethical management, shared growth, EHS and community, to carry out mid/long-term visions and imperatives. • The CSR strategy of the DHIC supports the achievement of the management strategy, and at the same time strengthens the position of DHIC as a global conglomerate. Adherence to the responsibility regarding the global society • Joining the largest international initiative on voluntary social responsibility management, UN Global Compact, and adhering to the 10 principles regarding human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. • Strict adherence to various CSR international principles, including the ISO26000 defining the responsibility to the global society. • Adherence to the equator principle of protecting the environment and the human rights in development of large projects.

Transparent Release of Information and Communication 2014 / 2015 2013 • Publishing a report systematically integrating the business achievements and CSR achievements for the sustainable development to be continued through CSR and to communicate and share achievements with various stakeholders • The integrated reports contain 7 non-financial achievements and plans of corporate governance, human rights, labor, environment, fair operation, the consumer and the community 2012 2011

Doosan Babcock (British) • Operation of the education program of fostering outstanding engineers in joint with the British government(ECITB) • Participation and supporting the equipment in the 2015 Special Olympic, and the sponsoring of the Glasgow Club Bella Houston • Wear It Pink event to support breast cancer research, ‘Bring your Children to Work’ day for children of 8 and above, support of the community’s medical/educational facilities, environment cleanup, etc….

Doosan Skoda Power (Czech) • Contributing to the community and enhancing the staff cooperation through the community football club ‘FC Victoria’ where Skoda Power is located • Holding a community event for the community and the staff ‘employee football games’ • Supporting the community education, environment cleanups , various staff volunteer work, etc..

9. Doosan Lentjes (Germany) • Participation in the marathon event, the Düsseldorf Relay Metro Marathon to sponsor community charities and to contribute to the community • Holding Charity bazaars and supply goods to help flood victims and frequently supporting the community • Supporting educational facilities and various staff volunteer work such as environment cleanups

10. Doosan VINA (Vietnam) 2009… Started Doosan VINA social contribution activity by providing medical services (Provided medical services for 13,000 people until 2014. The company is now expanding its medical services to Quang Nam Province) 2009.5 Established Doosan Vina, the DHIC’s Vietnamese production base

11. Doosan VINA (Vietnam) - A large-scope medical services in joint with Chung Ang University from 2009. Expansion to citizens of Kwang Nam region - 12,000 people have received medical treatment until 2014(2,000 people annually) Medical Services -From 2009, children heavily suffering from cleft lip and palate, and children with heart diseases are invited to South Korea to receive surgeries - Until 2014, total of 87 children, including 63 children suffering from cleft lip and palate, 19 children suffering from cataract, and 4 children suffering from heart diseases were treated Free surgeries with invitation to South Korea - The Kwang Nam Hospital operation consulting of KOICA – Chung Ang University Hospital - From 2012, the operation consulting program to Kwang Nam General Hospital was conducted in joint with KOICA Q-Health Program - Annual nutrient donations for children with growth stunts from 2011 -Education on effective nutrient intake Donation of Essential nutrients

Doosan VINA (Vietnam) - Donation of saltwater desalination facility to the An Binh Island(Built on August 31st, 2012) - 2 RO System of 114 ton scope(2 generators and desalinated water storage facilities) - Supplying 200tons of desalinated water from July 2012 through the donation of saltwater desalination facility Donation of desalination facility to the An Binh Island -Sponsoring 10 outstanding colleges of the nation and giving scholarships to students of 12 outstanding colleges from 2008(total of 473 students) - Sponsoring the departments of Korean language to 5 colleges and giving scholarship to outstanding students from the Yonkang Foundation from 2009 (total of 313 students) Scholarships for Outstanding Colleges - Sponsoring the archery national team and exchange activities - Joint training with the Doosan Heavy Industries archery team -Donation of equipment and instruction of equipment management techniques Exchange Activity with the Archery National Team

Doosan Power Systems India • The Wish Tree volunteer work of making the elementary school students of sisterhood schools come true is being maintained • Active participation in environment cleanup, education, and the support activities of facilities for disabled people in Doosan Day of Community Service regardless of social class and position • The CSR committee has been composed to collect and reflect the opinions of the staff

14. Morupule A Power Station (Botswana) Cleaning Activities in Palapye on ‘Global Sharing Day’ Supporting the local charity of Palapye ‘House of Hope Trust’ Operating internship program with local university of Palapye Support 50th Anniversary of independence

15. Morupule A Power Station (Botswana/Plan) • Doosan has a plan to donate clothes, shoes, Stationary, etc which were collected from employees of Doosan in Korea.- 52 Boxes (About 900kg)
