Initial Power-On Software Revision
Initial Power-On • Second Screen shows contact information
Main Menu • After initial power-up the unit will default to the main menu • From this screen user can select “A” to weld a joint or “D” for other options (i.e. software update) • Can come back to this screen anytime by pressing the main menu key
Welding Procedure • Select “A” using the keypad
Welding Procedure Cont. • Unit will prompt for job information for data logging • Only enter once on power-up or after returning to the main menu (Can press “Accept” to skip over) • Will Retain information until changed • Enter name using standard text messaging practices then press “Accept” key
Welding Procedure Cont. • Enter Job location and press “Accept” key (Can press “Accept” to skip over)
Welding Procedure Cont. • Enter a Job Reference if desired and Press “Accept” Key (Can press “Accept” to skip over)
Welding Procedure Cont. • Unit will prompt user to connect the fittings
Welding Procedure Cont. • Unit will prompt for what group of fitting you are welding • 1 ½” – 4” • 6” • Any combination of 1 ½” – 4” can be welded at the same time • 6” joints will be welded by themselves (2 joints at a time) Choose

Download Data log • Insert USB Memory Key (included) into USB port on machine
Download Data log Cont. • At main menu Press “D” For options
Download Data log Cont. • Press “A” for Download Log
Download Data log Cont. • Unit will Download the Log onto the USB key. Then ask if you want to reset the log. If yes press “A” if no press “D ” then disconnect the memory key
Download Data log Cont. • Plug USB key into computer and open downloaded file
