  1. It takes a community to prevent a fall. We all have a role to play. Fall Prevention Month is a campaign that encourages organizations and individuals to come together to coordinate fall prevention efforts for a larger impact. Launched November 2015.

  2. Partners for Fall Prevention Month In 2018, ten pan-Canadian organizations partnered to provide leadership and planning along with another eleven contributing organizations.
