Making a List Use existing search • You can modify the search before running it. • Use when you want to copy a search with minor changes (i.e. a different location code). • Use when you want to re-do a search that didn’t get quite what you wanted • If your search is replacing an existing search, you can use the search terms from the one you are replacing. • Be careful! If you use an existing search, the range limits from the original search will be copied. To reset the range to include the most recent records, change from range to review, then change back.
