    2. Kristey opens the program and introduces the panelists Mark Kennell is Senior Vice President and partner of W.G. Mills Inc., and has been involved in the construction industry in Florida for over 30 years. W.G. Mills Inc. is a Construction Management Firm in business in Florida for 33 years with present annual revenues of $300 million plus. Mark is the current volunteer chairman of CTC. Mary Helen Kress is Executive Director of the Suncoast Workforce Board and has been involved in workforce development her entire career. The Suncoast Workforce Board covers Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Mary Helen was instrumental in developing the CTC partnership between industry, education and the workforce board. Doug Wagner is the Director of Adult, Career and Technical Education for the Manatee County School District. He has been involved in administering workforce training for over 25 years, formerly with the Florida Department of Education. It is a workforce development program for the construction industry – a demand industry facing a great shortage of skilled workers, due to an aging workforce.
