The project comprises of the demolition of existing sheds and outbuildings and erection of a five-storey mixed use development to the rear of an existing listed building. It is proposed that the extension will cover the entire site area. (See enclosed maps). The existing listed building is three-storey in height and is semi-detached. All maps are orientated to north (being the top) and south (being the bottom). To the south is an existing Dunnes Stores shop and car-park. To the east (right) is the rear yard and outbuildings of the house next door. The site is bounded by public roads to the north and west. On the opposite side of the road to the west is a bus Eireann depot. Existing offices (dentist, solicitor, etc) are located to the north of the site.Thetask consists of two stages – the planning stage and the construction stage. In this example we will presume we eventually get through the planning stage Identify ALL possible project stakeholders for both stages Plot all stakeholders on an Interest v. Influence graph/table Analysethe findings and discuss the risks proposed by each stakeholder to the success of the project Formulate a brief Stakeholder Management Plan (including a preliminary communication plan for each)
