early life Churchill was born Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill on 30th November 1874 and was born in an aristocratic family of the dukes of marlbourah his father lord Randolph Churchill was a politician who served as chancellor of exchequer his mother was an American socialite. From age 2-6 he lived in Dublin where his grandfather had been made viceroy and his father his private secretary. Churchill's brother John was born during this time Blenheim palace the Churchill home.
