What is team building Activity? Team building activities are team-centric tasks that promote cohesiveness and team spirit. Team members work on these activities together to solve a problem or complete an objective as a team in order to create memories, build trust between one another, learn new skills from each other, overcome differences, and find solutions collectively. These team activities take various formats such as scavenger hunts with your colleagues, group ice breakers exercises for the office holiday party, even paintball games can be considered team building practices.
