Albert Cyprys How to Obtain US Citizenship • Step One : Eligibility • You need a green card to be eligible. • You need to show that you are a moral human being (prove that you are not a criminal) • You need to have lived in the United States for a to-be-determined amount of time. • You need to pass an English exam • You need to pass a US history and government exam

  2. Albert CyprysStep Two: N-400 Form • You need to fill out paperwork with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service. • The N-400 form costs $595, and it is the form that will get the process started. • You need to attach a copy of your green card with this form.

  3. Step Three : Finger Printing • After you complete the N-400, and it is accepted, you will receive an address and a date where your background check will be completed. • Step Four : Citizenship Interview • You will be asked questions about your N-400. • You be asked questions to test your knowledge of the English language and US social customs. • http://hi.im/albertcyprys

  4. The Oath CeremonyStep Five • You will take an oath swearing loyalty to the United States. • You will receive your certification of naturalization after the ceremony.
