  4. WIOA System Integration • Local Boards convene the local area system • Local Boards enter into an “umbrella” system MOU with all 17 required WIOA partners and appropriate additional partners • Local Boards procure the One-Stop Operator • Local Boards designate and certify the One-Stop Centers

BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT PURPOSE • Increase training related employment by aligning supply with demand • Convene, collaborate and communicate with employers, the One-Stop Delivery System, the Board and the public on business and employer needs • Develop strong partnerships with employers and community partners • Offer, promote and deliver comprehensive recruitment services in conjunction with system partners • Utilize all forms of media to communicate our programs and services including radio, television, social media, websites and more.
