E2 Conclusion two: Involvement of more stakeholders adds experience and knowledge and creates synergies in the national E2 work
E2 Conclusion three: Country ownership does not equal Government ownership – and should not !
E2 Fourth Conclusion: Innovative approaches like, for example, the investment framework/investment cases and treatment as prevention approaches enhances the E2 work
E2 Fifth Conclusion: Research and evaluation of on-going E2 activities must be promoted Final conclusion: The donor community cannot give up HIV and AIDS work even when countries take more ownership – it wouldn’t be sustainable
