  2. Business and Marketing (BAM) Department Fusion of KKTK and Bread Society International that will focus on income generating projects that will help kabataan have their own income. Also in charge of the promotion of the KKTK as an organization in the church and how it can help the community as well. It will oversee the Business and Marketing activities of the KKTK organization in the Church.

  3. MISSION To provide income generating projects that will empower KKTK to help the Church financially. Encourage the KKTK to engage in business ventures and other business opportunities.

  4. VISION KKTK is a self sustained organization wherein each kktk member is earning. Financially capable of organizing Bible Expositions and other related activities for the Church.

  6. Marketing Director => Overall chairman for the BAM Department. => Representative in every meeting of core officers. BACK

  8. Senior Vice President => Oversees the department when the Marketing Director is away. BACK

  9. Secretary => Will be in charge in keeping records for the BAM Dept. => Will act as the secretariat of the group. BACK

  10. VP for Research and Development => Gathers and provides information to make effective and well informed decisions within the department. => Research new products to market. BACK

  11. Assistant Secretary => Assists the Secretary. BACK

  12. VP for Operations => Over-all in charge for the whole production/sourcing/distribution of goods. => In charge of the marketing plan implementation. BACK

  13. Production Managerfor Broadcast => Responsible for the production/sourcing of goods and services. BACK

  14. Marketing Supervisor => Supervise account executives sales. BACK

  15. Account Executive => In charge of sales in local levels. BACK

  16. Warehouse Manager =>In-charge of maintaining optimum stock levels. BACK

  17. Stockman =>Releases stocks and passes status reports of stocks to warehouse manager BACK

  18. Sales Representative => sales force in local levels BACK

  19. VP for Marketing =>Overall in charge for the promotion, advertising and trading of goods and services BACK

  20. Promotions => Think of promos/gimmicks that will increase the sales of the product. BACK

  21. Advertising => Ensures the best combination of television, radio and print ads to achieve greatest audience awareness of products and services offered by KKTK. BACK

  22. Trading => Supervise the Buy and Sell system of the business. => Promotes exchange of goods from one province to another. BACK

  23. VP for Audit => In-charge for the overall financial information of the Department. BACK

  24. Accountant => In-charge for the overall record keeping and counter checking. BACK

  25. Liaison => Responsible for banking and errands. BACK

  26. Disbursement => In-charge of petty cash disbursement. BACK

  27. Collection Officer => Accountable for receiving cash or checks. BACK
