Bibliographic data base • ‘Bibliographic’ as per page 12 of Unit information • The 45 records • The 6 categories listed must all be represented, but they need not be mutually exclusive, e.g. a digital document may also be an item within item or a graphic.
Project plan • Team and roles • Topic/user group • Timeline (plan) • Sample records (any form) • Analysis of 3 of the records • Rules about fields • This may help to identify some validation ideas for your db • Diary • You may wish to try Teamworker (teamworker.qut.edu.au)
