Horsepower per Pound Power to Weight HP per lb Type of Bike
So what does all this mean??? • Well, with the exception of the 71 year-old, WWII-era Harley, • my old Suzuki has the lowest horsepower per pound • rate in the study. • Also, it looks like the Buell is a good choice since it is an • improvement over what I have, and is much cheaper than • the newer Harley and the Triumph. • The KTM’s numbers make it seem pretty dangerous! • It is almost the same weight as the Buell, but has about • 100 more horsepower. Some cars don’t have that much. = too slow! = Crazy, but fun!
