Value of ECS • Operational employees can work together more Easily and Effectively • Avoid traveling (telephone or video conferencing) • Enhanced coordination (document merging, calendaring, scheduling, workflow systems) • Enhanced collaboration (project management tools, discussion forums, instant messaging, etc.)
