VibranceKegel Device (VKD) is a new biofeedback device to aid pelvic floor muscle exercise. • Results • It is feasible to conduct a larger, multi-center study to determine the statistical significance of VKD. • No adverse effects were noted with use of VKD • Aim • Compare the effect of pelvic floor muscle training exercises with VKD versus pelvic floor exercise using standard Kegel techniques alone in women with stress incontinence Methods Conclusions VKD with PFME improved urinary symptoms score, degree of bothersome and impact on social life more than with PFME alone VKD improve stress urinary incontinence symptoms in women. Patient compliance to VKD remains an issue that determine success of treatment.
