4. After the long winter, there was nothing left to eat. So many families decided that it was time to move. But Klom’s father was still not able to walk. so his own family stayed.

5. One day, Klom was watching a line of ants. She saw that a number of them were carrying seeds. She followed the ants to the river and found the seeds. They were lying all over the ground. Then she remember that they were her seeds from her basket! She ran back to her mother.

6. “I’ve found some seeds! I dropped them last summer, but now, some of them are turning into little plants! If we plant these seeds and they grow into big plants, we won’t need to move from place to place. We’ll have food next to our own home!” So Klom dug the ground, planted the seeds, and maybe, became the very first farmer on Earth.
