  3. 1 • Difference between 8868 and 9131 seems vague at times • Individuals/Families desire more progressive Community Services, Aging population. • We really would like to blend 9131 and 8868 • Staff trying hard to have information in a timelymanner Mappings Don’t always work

  4. 2 • We are now looking at off the Radar Services • As the Ministry looks deeper at stats we are also trying to make sure we capture ALL the service we provide • One location was running 3 weekly after hour programs and a weekend drop in for parents a few times a year • Cooking classes, Computer Classes, Art Drop in the list goes on • We all STRETCH our money so lets ensure we get credit Underground Services

  5. 3 • Attendance Book and Mapping Overload • New Web Based system online for April 2013 release. Capturing Data
