She has an established reputation working with Clients to thoroughly understand their business, how it impacts their real estate needs and working to find the right solution. Saadia’s commitment to personalized attention with customized market analysis for each decision establishes Saadia as a trusted real estate advisor and leasing professional. Customer service is paramount to how she conducts business, which entails being responsive, delivering timely solutions and making the optimal move. Saadia’s Client relationships do not end when the lease or contract is signed, but are the beginning of an on-going strategic partnership. Her recent brokerage client successes include owner occupied building acquisition, relocations, expansions, start-up business and non-profit leases. Saadia has solid market knowledge of commercial real estate, having started her career at Mohr Partners where she conducted market research. She continued to build on her knowledge base during her tenure at Hudson Peters as an associate. Saadia split her time between her clients’ specific marketing and research needs. Saadia is working towards her CCIM designation to provide her clients a greater level of expertise. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
