  3. coherency – no logical sequence • collaboration between content areas • segregated by department • evaluation/assessment of PD • by participants for superintendent/committee • modeled, active workshops which can be translated into the classroom Needs While the design of the Professional Development plan meets the requirements of the state mandated requirements it lacks…
