  1. Most often, HP Printer users face problems related to Ink Cartridge. Error message on your HP printer will be appear and prevent you from printing the page until you clear the error. If you see a message saying that you simply have an incorrect ink cartridge , a flashing cartridge light meaning a nasty color cartridge otherwise you are told to get rid of the color cartridge, you want to fix the difficulty , reset the printer and take away the error before you'll be able to continue. Steps to Remove Error: Step1: Turn on the Printer, open printer lid and remove the cartridge from them.

  2. Step2: Place the cartridge back within the carriage. Close the printer lid and turn off the printer for a while. Step3: Now, switch on printer. Print a page for test. If this doesn't correct the error, move onto Section 2. Step4: Remove the cartridge and use a clean, lint-free, dry cloth to softly wipe the contacts. Step5: Wipe from the highest of the contact to rock bottom. Do that for every contact. Step6:

Wait one minute, connect the power supply cord then connect the cables. Step10: Open the Printer cover and install the black & white color cartridges and switch on the printer. Step11: Again print a page for test.
