(A and B were fighting for winning the title ‘Sanwan Hero’.) A: I will defeat you! B: You will lose! I’ll win! A: No way! You’ll never win.…… (Eventually, B was punched to fall, so A won the competition.) A: I am a hero. I’ve beaten up nineteen other fighters. I am the ‘Sanwan Hero’. (The audience cheered.) (C and many other birds were standing on the stage for getting the title of ‘Sanwan Beauty’.) D: C is the most beautiful bird. She’s such elegant. E: She moves gracefully. F: She is so incredible and charming…. J: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner goes to… C. (All cheered!) C: Unbelievable! I am the ‘Sanwan Beauty’. 1
A: C! You are so beautiful. You win the ‘Sanwan Beauty’. Congratulation! C: You’re a man. You’re a hero. You’re the ‘Sanwan Hero’. Good for you. A: Thank you for the compliments. I love you. C: I love you, too. A: Will you marry me? C: Oh, no! even though I love you, I am still scared. A: What are you scared? C: I am afraid that someday you’ll leave me and fly away. I will never catch up with you. A: I will never leave you and fly away. C: But your wings are so strong that you fly tremendously/very fast. I’m so scared that you’ll fly away without me. A: I assure you that I will never leave you with this. (A broke his left wing.) C: Oh, no! I didn’t mean that. A: Now, you know I will never fly away. Will you marry me? C: I will. G: A! C! The storm is coming in five days. You must move. C: A! We must move for saving your lives and properties. A: Yes, I know. A: (Murmured to himself) Alas! I regret that I lost my head to break my wing. C: A! I’m out for finding some help. (A was afraid that she’ll never come back. But three days from now…) C: A! I’m back! H: Hello! I’m H. You must be A. Nice to meet. A: Nice to meet you, too. C: H! Help me to carry my two babies and all the stuff. H: OK. C: Come with us. A: No, I wish you and the babies to live happily with H. Don’t worry about me. I will never blame you. Goodbye! C & H: Goodbye! 3
