In his leadership role with the firm, Alex Getelman analyzes cost and long-term profit margins to choose prime development areas, and he leverages effective communication skills to establish close relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors. He and the firm’s experienced team of professionals have consulted on such projects as The Crossings at Southern and the Mt. Sinai Dialysis Center. To prepare for his career, Mr. Getelman attended New York University, where he studied real estate and construction management. A member of several professional organizations, Mr. Getelman belongs to the Retail Executive Network and the Mission Critical Data Center Facilities Professionals. Apart from his professional responsibilities, he maintains his health through a combination of meditation, hiking, and running marathons.
