Recommendations • Recommendation: The allocation of space in the new Woodlawn Library should generally conform to the Space Program to create a fully functional 12,000 sq. ft. library. • Recommendation: The Library should invite proposals from both landlords (Woodlawn Mall and Penhorn Mall) and enter into negotiations at both locations. • Recommendation: Negotiations should include the ability to fulfill key design and service objectives with new construction versus leased space and determine a preferred site. dmA Planning & Management Services ■ Terrain Group Inc.
