Perm Plan Review/Hearing • On June 27th 2005, the eWiSACWIS application will have been modified to have one location to document results of Permanency Plan Reviews/Hearings. • System modifications were made in response to the Federal eWiSACWIS Review findings • Policy in HFS 44 sections 44.06, 44.07 and 44.08 also guiding the new review methodology. • The new functionality will replace existing Perm Plan Review/Hearing methodologies. (i.e. they will no longer be available for use). • No changes will be made to the current Permanency Plan windows or template.
PPR/PPH - Purpose • The Permanency Plan Review or Hearing Results page is used to record information and results from the Permanency Plan Review/Hearing. • Information captured on the pages will pre-fill to the Review of the Permanency Plan template. See handout. • Creating the page will delete and create new Permanency Plan Review ticklers.
PPR/PPH – What will be gone? • On the Legal Status page, Legal Status Result field options of Perm Plan Reviewed/REPP Found and Perm Plan Reviewed/REPP Not Found. • History of previously selected options of this type will be maintained. • On the Legal Status page, Legal Actions of Permanency Plan Review (6 months) and Permanency Plan Hearing (annual). • History of previously selected options of this type will be maintained.
PPR/PPH – What will be gone? • Existing Perm Plan Review and Perm Plan Hearing tickler functionality tied to Legal Status. • Existing Perm Plan Review and Perm Plan Hearing tickler functionality tied to the Administrative Review Meeting. • CFS-2249-71 Permanency Plan Review Hearing • CFS-2249-25W Permanency Plan- TPR/Guardianship • CFS-2249-23W Administrative Review Summary • Administrative Review Notices/Letters from the Meetings window will be moved to the new PP Review window in a future release.
PPR/PPH Ticklers – How will they work? • Rule 1: There must be a Judicial hearing of the PP (PP Hearing) within 12 months after the Date of Removal OR 12 months from the last judicial (PP Hearing). Note: Tickler dates will be changed to be either exactly 6 months or 12 months (not 180 or 365 days). • Rule 2: There must be a review of the PP (PP Review) within 6 months of the Date of Removal OR every 6 months thereafter, except the PP Hearing can take the place of the PP Review. Note: Tickler dates will be changed to be either exactly 6 months or 12 months (not 180 or 365 days). • Rule 3: Rule 1 supersedes Rule 2
PPR/PPH - Navigation • The page is initially accessed from: Create Case Work> Planning> Perm Plan Review/Hearing Results> Select Case> Select Participant> Select Create • Subsequently accessed from the Outliner by clicking on Permanency Plan Review or Hearing Results hyperlink under the Planning icon.
